Job Title: Flooring installation helper
Job Description:
We are looking for a motivated Flooring Installation Helper to join our team. The right candidate will assist lead installers with flooring projects, including Luxury Vinyl Plank (LVP), carpet, tile, and laminate. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience and grow in the flooring trade.
Responsibilities:
Assist installers with loading/unloading materials and tools
Prepare job sites (cleaning, moving furniture, floor prep, etc.)
Carry and cut flooring materials as directed
Maintain a safe and organized work environment
Follow instructions and support lead installers throughout projects
Requirements:
Must be reliable, punctual, and willing to work hard
Ability to lift 50+ lbs and handle physical work
Basic knowledge of hand tools preferred (but not required – we will train)
Must have transportation to job sites
Previous construction or flooring experience is a plus, but not required
