Looking for full-time individual - NOT interested in percentage share with a company
Does NOT include on-site housing
Responsibilities include:
- Checking and restocking inventory as needed
- Documenting broken items and repairing/replacing them
- Managing team of full-time cleaners, landscapers, pool servicing & handymen
- Ensure organization in each property and inventory closet for quick and smooth turnovers
- Completing quality checks per turnover to ensure properties are “guest-ready”
- Scheduling cleanings, deep cleanings, repairs and any other servicing needed at properties
- Address any safety or security concerns as needed
- Communicating with guests and ensuring they have all their needs met for each reservation
- Creating guest manuals per property with information about how everything in the property functions and suggesting local attractions

Experience with Google documents and short term rentals is required
Reliable transportation is required
Handyman experience is a plus
Hosting experience is a plus
Interior design experience is a plus
Must be fluent in English
Fluency or ability to speak additional languages is a plus
