We are a property management company looking for a handyman that can do basic household repairs to complete rehabs/remodels as well as tenant improvement work. MUST have 3 references. Must have NV Valid driver's license. Must be a US citizen.

Can you pass a background check?
Right now we are looking for someone to work on tenant occupied work orders, you would make your own schedule however I need the work orders to be completed in a few days time.
I would be paying you $30 an hour plus $5 in gas per property plus piece work that we would agree upon price was for larger jobs.
Our office is in the northwest on Cheyenne and Torrey Pines you will need to come in weekly to drop off paperwork otherwise I can not pay you.
If any of these are an issue please do not apply!
- You are paid every two weeks via payroll for EVERYTHING. Your payroll will include your piecework as well as your hourly pay and mileage.
- Position is a W2 position. W9 position not available
Must be a US citizen
You will need your own tools and your own truck or van, not a car as you will need to pick up materials and supplies sometimes.
