MasterTrade Painters, a fast-growing and professional painting company with active operations in multiple states, is seeking reliable and hardworking Paint Laborers to join our team. We specialize in high-quality residential and commercial painting, and we’re looking for team players who take pride in their work.
Responsibilities:
Assist lead painters with prep work, masking, sanding, scraping, and cleanup.
Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment.
Maintain a clean and organized job site.
Support team with setup and breakdown of ladders, drop cloths, and scaffolding.
Perform basic painting tasks under supervision, including rolling and brushing.
Follow safety procedures and wear proper PPE at all times.
Requirements:
Prior painting or construction experience is preferred but not required.
Willingness to learn and take direction from supervisors.
Ability to lift 50 lbs and work on ladders or scaffolding.
Punctual, dependable, and respectful to clients and crew members.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are a plus.
