Seeking a Service Manager to oversee our team of experienced technicians and ensure top customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day operations for the service department
Supervise, dispatch schedule, and support Service Technicians
Ensure timely completion of jobs, and quality workmanship
Interface with customers to resolve issues and build long-term relationships
Estimate, and due measure ups for new equipment
Process Technicians daily paperwork to proper departments
Monitor inventory, tools, and service vehicles
Ensure compliance with safety standard and regulations
Requirements:
5+ years of HVAC Management Experience
5+ years of HVAC Experience (Residential & Commercial)
EPA Certified
Valid Nevada Driver's License
