General Maintenance (Las Vegas, NV) (Must have own tools and transportation)
Description
We are looking for a full-time General Maintenance person to perform general maintenance and repair services for residential, retail, commercial, warehouse buildings.
Responsibilities
Perform daily building maintenance duties including, but not limited to
lighting repairs/replacement, minor electrical replacements, tile work, pressure washing, structural component repairs (carpentry), , painting, repair and general duties.
Inspect, identify and perform maintenance where necessary while keeping facilities in serviceable condition and report the need for major repairs.
Experience/Requirements
Working knowledge of electrical systems, plumbing, tile work and general maintenance.
Mechanical aptitude use of power tools, knowledge of basic carpentry.
Must comply with all applicable safety and local regulations, standards, and procedures.
Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
Well-organized, attention to detail and apt in problem-solving
Driver’s license required
Must be able to work flexible hours.
Education
H.S. Diploma or General Education Degree (GED)
Physical Requirements
Full range of mobility, bending, twisting, standing walking and lifting up to 50+ pounds.
Must be able to work outdoors, indoors and confining areas using stairs, ramps or
ladders.
Able to work in inclement weather and/or high temperatures.
