Field Welder Job Requirements:
Must have 3+ years of MIG/SMAW welding.
Nice to have welding certifications.
Must have experience doing layouts with fabricating/repairs of railings, pickets, post on plates, ornamental pieces, and fencing.
Must have experience with the installation and repairs of wrought iron.
Must be able to read Blueprints and use tape measure.
Must have experience using power tools (Saws, grinders, drills) etc.
Must have basic hand tools, EmpireWorks will provide major equipment.
Must supply Hard Hat, long pants, and boots.
Willing to work hard and in a very safe manner.
Capable of moving 5-gallon buckets, ladders and any other painting equipment needed.
Must be comfortable working on extension ladders, boom lifts, swing stages, etc.
Transportation will not be provided, so you must be able to get to the job site or get a ride from some other coworker or friend to the job site.
Must have a great attitude and strong work ethic.
Must be friendly and able to work with others as a team.
Willing to follow company rules, safety standards and on-site Foreman.
Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
