we are a small cabinet installation company looking for a delivery and warehouse manager to join our team. Before you apply, please note you must be familiar with and know how to fluently operate an off road 1054 telescoping boom forklift. you will be tested in the interview process. You have to be certified or able to be.
Job Duties
-Lift and carry heavy boxes. "cabinets"
-Load and off load containers, trailers, box trucks, and flat beds.
-operate shop forklift, pallet jacks, telescoping boom forklift, 24' flatbed truck, 24' box truck.
-load pallets into storage racks and keep inventory of product.
-help with delivery scheduling.
-rebuild pallets as necessary for job site delivery.
-deliver cabinets to job site via flatbed or box truck.
-load cabinets into building by telescoping forklift up to 4 stories.
-work with other employees or temps carrying and spreading boxes into units and making sure everything is where it is supposed to be.
-helping on tasks in the field such as installing handles, picking up trash, helping on punch work or cabinet installation if slow in the warehouse.
Candidate must be,
-fit and ready for heavy lifting.
-forklift certified.
-have reliable transportation.
-trustworthy.
-have working mobile phone.
-able to read, write, and communicate in English.
-a team player ready to help where needed. not just in the warehouse.
