What We’re Looking For:
Experience: Some construction experience is required.
Character: We value workability and character above all else.
Commitment to Excellence: We prioritize quality craftsmanship over quantity.
Team Player: We have a zero-tolerance policy for drama, gossip, or negativity.
Dependability: A valid driver’s license and a reliable vehicle are required, as we may have multiple job sites in a day. Gas is paid between jobs.
Tools: You must have or be willing to acquire your own tools over time.
