We are currently seeking an experienced HVAC Service Manager to oversee and lead our team of HVAC technicians. The ideal candidate should have 7-10+ years’ experience diagnosing and troubleshooting HVAC systems as well as coordinating and scheduling calls. Responsibilities:
- Supervise, schedule, and coordinate the work of HVAC technicians
- Provide technical guidance, training, and mentor team members to meet company and industry standards
- Oversee the installation, maintenance, and repairs of HVAC systems
- Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC systems
- Effectively manage customer accounts and maintain accurate records of work performed
- Communicate professionally with customers and contractors on a daily basis
- Compose Proposals for customers of necessary repairs and/or maintenance
Experience:
- Strong mechanical knowledge and troubleshooting skills related to HVAC systems, boilers, and refrigeration
- Must be able to read and interpret schematics
- Multitask, prioritize tasks, and delegate work as needed
- Previous experience as a service technician in the HVAC industry a plus
- Bluefolder, Quickbooks, and BuildOps knowledge a plus
