Job Description:
As a Cabinet Installer, you will be responsible for installing cabinetry in both commercial and residential spaces. Most of the work will be in commercial settings, but some residential jobs will also be included. The ideal candidate will be dependable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently while maintaining high standards of craftsmanship and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Install cabinetry and related fixtures according to design specifications.
Ensure all installations meet company quality standards and customer expectations.
Collaborate with project managers and other team members to ensure timely and efficient installation.
Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Safely transport and handle materials to and from job sites.
Communicate effectively with clients, ensuring a positive experience.
Report any issues or concerns to management promptly.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in cabinet installation (commercial and/or residential).
Ability to read and interpret shop drawings and design plans.
Must have own vehicle and tools necessary for cabinet installation.
Reliable, punctual, and able to work with minimal supervision.
Excellent communication skills and a professional attitude.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects.
Must have a strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Compensation:
Pay is a combination of hourly wage and piece price.
Paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) after the probationary period.
Additional Information:
We are looking for a full-time employee, but would also be open to hiring a part-time installer who is interested in working around their current full-time job.
Reliable transportation is required, and a clean driving record is a plus.
