About the Role:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Cabinet Field Manager to join our team. This role is critical in ensuring our cabinet installations meet the highest standards of quality, schedule, and customer satisfaction. You'll act as the primary liaison between our field crews, builders, and homeowners.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee cabinet installations across multiple job sites
Conduct QA inspections to ensure workmanship and accuracy
Manage punch lists and coordinate timely completion of outstanding items
Work closely with builders, superintendents, and other trades to maintain schedule integrity
Create and manage daily/weekly schedules for service technicians
Coordinate and attend homeowner service appointments to address concerns or warranty issues
Track field progress using an iPad and submit reports as needed
Provide on-site troubleshooting and solutions as issues arise
Represent the company professionally with clients, vendors, and internal teams
Requirements:
Previous experience in cabinet installation or residential construction field management
Strong understanding of installation processes and quality standards
Ability to read cabinet layouts
Excellent communication and scheduling skills
Comfortable using an iPad and basic apps to track work and complete documentation
Valid driver’s license; reliable transportation (vehicle allowance and gas card provided)
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience working with builders and production schedules
Conflict resolution and customer service experience, especially with homeowners
Bilingual a plus
