Auto Body Shop Seeking BODY SHOP MANAGER to manage established Auto Body Shop.
Qualifications:
Ability to lead and manage team of 3-5 Body Techs + Painter + Estimator
5+ years of Body Shop experience
Project Manage each car from receipt through delivery on time
Must be able to work with customer and provide excellent customer service
Preferred Attributes:
Speak English and Spanish
Knowledge of estimating or willingness to learn (for backup estimating)
Experience working with Insurance Companies
