Brass2Copper, Inc. is a 100% Employee-Owned ESOP and we are looking for an experienced Fire Sprinkler assistant superintendent to join our team and help manage our projects.

Ensure projects are completed accurately and on time.

Fixes
This role requires excellent communication skills to collaborate with various people, such as construction workers, builders and inspectors. Important to know how to implement quality, health, and safety standards onsite.
If you are organized, able to work well under pressure and have experience in this field, we’d like to meet you.
Responsibilities
· Collaborate with onsite Supers, subcontractors, etc. to determine project needs
· Set performance goals and deadlines
· Plan construction processes
· Supervise staff and provide constructive feedback
· Monitor and report on project progress
· Plan and perform inspections
· Implement safety and quality guidelines
· Ensure the job site remains safe, clean, and orderly
· Resolve on-site issues and emergencies
Requirements and skills
· Nevada State J card and OSHA 10
· Previous experience as a construction assistant superintendent or in a similar role
· Knowledge of local quality, safety, and health guidelines for construction job sites
· In-depth understanding of construction operations and processes
· Proficiency in MS Office
· Organizational and time-management skills
· Ability to lead and inspire
Pay range $20 - $25 per hour.
