A very unique opportunity exists for seasoned journalists as well as those journalists who are new in the field. The following are considerations you should make prior to answering this ad:
Part-time work is offered only as selected stories become available and are assigned, and potentially, to full time, at the discretion of the journalist.
The journalists can work on assignments as they have time available.
We seek people who are passionate about the profession, and do not need to rely on the income from our assignments, but of course, have use for the earned funds.
We offer profit sharing on all revenue from advertising, in addition to paying the journalist for their work on each assignment.
Our goal is to develop a relationship with the right journalist, so that the journalist can evolve with us, resulting in a high standard of income for the journalist.
As each assignment becomes available, it will be offered to the journalist, and the remuneration will be agreed upon prior to the journalist’s starting work.
Payment for work performed by the journalist can be paid to the journalist immediately upon completion of segments of the assignment, or on any other time frame chosen by the journalist.
Examples of types of assignments:
o Eye to eye interviews or interviews via zoom.
o Interviews with sports, entertainment, and other celebrities.
o Interviews with politicians.
o Interviews in the realm of business and law.
o Interviews with other journalists and/or other news agencies.
