Job Description: Seize the opportunity to be a cornerstone in our IT Department as an esteemed Systems Administrator. We are actively seeking a professional with comprehensive skills in cloud computing, network administration, and system support. This role is pivotal in ensuring the seamless functioning of our IT infrastructure, fostering a collaborative environment with both in-house and external teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary point of contact for technical assistance, employing a diverse range of communication channels.
Execute remote troubleshooting using advanced diagnostic techniques to swiftly address technical issues.
Manage user creation and maintenance within Azure, Microsoft Active Directory, Office 365, and our telephony systems.
Contribute to the oversight of all networks, evaluating performance metrics, planning and implementing installations, configurations, and testing.
Administer Fortinet firewalls and switches, ensuring robust security and seamless connectivity.
Collaborate with external engineering groups for the development, testing, and evaluation of software, hardware, and network upgrades.
Technical Proficiency:
In-depth understanding of Azure & AWS Cloud architecture, networking, computing, and data management.
Proficiency in LAN & WAN network topologies, security concepts, and data communications including TCP/IP, switches, routers, firewalls, and VPNs.
Expertise in Fortinet security appliances & routers, ipsec & SSL VPNs, Windows Desktop operating systems, and Microsoft Server Operating Systems.
Comprehensive knowledge of Azure AD, Microsoft Domain Management, and Group Policy.
Competence in telecommunication skills, encompassing VOIP, SIP, PRI, and Microsoft Office 365.
Education Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related discipline, or equivalent education and work experience.
