This is an onsite position, no remote or contractors.
We are looking for an IT Technical Support join our IT department. The ideal candidate will have a good understanding of IT systems, networks, and hardware. This is an excellent opportunity for someone to gain more hands-on experience in a dynamic and supportive environment.
Responsibilities:
Assist with the installation, configuration, and maintenance of computer hardware, software, and networks.
Manage Help Desk tickets in a timely manner.
Enterprise experience working with Windows 7/Windows 8.1/Windows 10
Min 2 Years experience working with Windows Server 2008/2012/2016 environments, must have basic active directory experience.
Linux experience helpful but not required
MCSA/Network+ certification or equivalent job experience required.
Provide technical support to end-users, troubleshooting and resolving IT issues.
Help with the setup and deployment of new computer systems and peripherals.
Ensure all IT-related documentation is up-to-date and accurate.
Requirements:
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Knowledge of IP fundamentals and Networking.
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and systems.
Additional technical certifications or coursework in IT is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with Windows and/or macOS operating systems.
Familiarity with basic network concepts and troubleshooting.
Prior experience in a technical support or helpdesk role.
Understanding of security best practices and basic cybersecurity measures.
