Las Vegas Medi Pedi is a busy foot, hand care and massage and esthetic business. We have a spa department that focuses on massages and compression therapy ( by a certified CLT) Our new clients are often referred by their doctor. All appointment based.
And our foot and hand care department is filled with clients from our podiatrist who refer their patients to us for a medical safe Pedicure.
At this moment we don't have a lash artist or hair stylist. We have no other technicians providing these services, so no competition!
But other options are deep breathing therapist, Reiki or meditation coach etc.
Our massage and Hand and Foot Care is full!
The right person is clean, tidy, customer friendly.
Has all the right Nevada licenses and certifications.
Has no problem to work her/his own schedule in our operation hours and can build or has a client base. You are your own boss.
We have two private rooms available Both with sink. The rooms are empty, so no furniture.
The starting lease of the rooms is weekly $200 and $250 for the bigger one. And to help to start up the first 4 weeks free when signing a lease. We have month, half year or yearly leases.
You can also share the room with another renter/friend ( conditions apply)
One room is 11.6 by 11.6 this is with an hair sink
Other one smaller 10 x 10 ish with a normal sink
Total office is 3000 sqf with 11 rooms, 3 bathrooms, storage and kitchen
