Las Vegas Medi Pedi is a busy foot and hand care business. We have a spa department that focuses on massages and compression therapy ( by a certified CLT) Our new clients are often referred by their doctor. All appointment based.
At this moment we don't have a lash artist or a permanent make/micro-blade artist. We have no other technicians providing these services, so no competition!
But other options are deep breathing therapist, Reiki or meditation coach etc.
For Hand care services you must have your own clients. Our massage and Foot Care is full!
The right person is clean, tidy, customer friendly.
Has all the right Nevada licenses and certifications.
Has no problem to work her/his own schedule in our operation hours and can build or has a client base. You are your own boss.
We have two private rooms available Both with sink. The rooms are empty, so no furniture.
The starting lease of the rooms is weekly $100 and to help to start up the first 4 weeks free when signing a lease. We have half year or yearly leases.
Floor station start at $50 dollars a week.
One room is 11.6 by 11.6 Other one smaller 10 x 10 ish
Total office is 3000 sqf with 11 rooms, 3 bathrooms, storage and kitchen
