Please only apply if you feel you have an extensive background in Color ( 3 years+ overall work experience). We are looking for someone who lives near Henderson, NV. We offer a full range of cutting-edge salon services and products. We hold ourselves accountable for exceeding our client’s high expectations and recognize every client as our ultimate focus. This is a commission-only based position. You will also receive commission for retail product sales.
Some Duties may include:
Looking for full time, Tuesday-Friday with a flexible Monday! Salon is open from 10am-7pm, with a 9:30 required start time.
Performs hair style consultation to decide what services the client needs
Provides services to clients such as shampooing, cutting, styling, coloring and highlighting as desired
Maintains safety standards and cleanliness
Emphasize product benefits and assist clients in the selection of retail products or services for their hair care needs
Maintains a consistent relationship with client base in order to ensure return clients
Document notes in the system for future reference, including customer preferences, services and formulas for color
Proactively developing new customers through multiple channels
Attends and participates in continuing education and training to follow new trends and techniques
Thorough knowledge of hair styles, hair care products and related procedures
Excellent interpersonal, communication and customer service skill
Physical mobility, able to stand for prolonged period
