This position is a bit unique but I'm hoping it could be a lot of fun for you and me I am a very successfully retired Real Estate Entrepreneur. I recently, amicably, ended a 14 year relationship with a beautiful young lady. ( pictures attached)
I live in a 6,000 st ft home in guard gated Spanish Hills community with pool and gym. ( a couple of photo's attached)
I'm looking for an Open Minded flirtatious Personal Trainer or Assistant who is available to help with some or all of the tasks below:
1) Yoga/stretching/weight training ( I like to spend a couple of hours first thing in the morning)
2) I am interested in learning various online dance routines & moves and would like a companion to learn them with
3) Various minor personal errands
4) Minor house chores in between days the maid comes in.
5) I'm an avid amateur tennis player and usually play everyday. I an early riser ( around 7am), very active during the day, seldom if ever drink alcohol and tend to be in bed by 9:30-10. I don't go to bars or nightclubs, nor do I gamble. My wife was young , very attractive and athletic( picture attached). I am not going to fine someone I would be interested in from the few social events I'm involved with and I don't have an aggressive personality. I will need to join multiple online dating sites such as Millionaire Match.com. Seeking Arrangements, Elitesingles, Sugar Daddy etc. I'm hoping to find an assistant who is Open Minded, not shy around women, can help with setting up profiles, screening for potential matches, setting up meetings and or dates etc.
6) Possible travel companion. I travel for pleasure and fun alot and prefer to travel with someone. In the event we traveled together we would work out a mutually acceptable arrangement.
7) My sister lives in an assisted living community a mile away. She is slightly challenged and needs occasional assistance and checked up on a few times a week. She also has two new puppies we help her with.
I could use an assistant 3-4 hours multiple times per week assuming she can assist with all most of the items 1 thru 7 above. Working hours could be flexible and could change from day to day or week to week depending on what other work or projects you have.
Compensation for the right person would be $25-30/hr run thru a payroll company. Anything outside standard work expectations would be thru an alternative mutually acceptable arrangement.
