Hi Ladies,
This position is a bit unique but I'm hoping it could be a lot of fun. I am a very successfully retired Real Estate Entrepreneur . I recently, amicably, ended a 14 year relationship with a beautiful young lady. ( picture of me attached)
I have a sister, Cheryl, whom I recently moved to an assisted living community one mile from me. Cheryl is overweight, hard of hearing and a bit slow but otherwise in good health. She needs a fair amount of extra attention.( picture of Cheryl attached)
I live in a 6,000 st ft home in guard gated Spanish Hills community with pool and gym along with all the things that owning a home require. ( a couple of photo's attached)
In addition, I just acquired 2 tiny Maltese puppies (8 weeks) and am working of getting them potty trained lol

I'm looking for an Open Minded Personal Assistant to help on a part time basis with the following:
1) raising and training two puppies
2) Typical household chores, organizing, occasional meal prep, errands, minor laundry, minor cleaning
3) Assistance with help with my sister at her place a mile away
4) I travel a lot so assistance in researching some travel destination and planning
5) I'm an avid amateur tennis player and usually play everyday. ( picture of me attached). I an early riser ( around 7am), very active during the day, seldom if ever drink alcohol and tend to be in bed by 9:30-10. I seldom if ever go to bars or nightclubs, nor do I gamble. My wife was young , very attractive and athletic( picture attached). I am not going to fine someone I would be interested in from the few social events I'm involved with and I don't have an aggressive personality where I can just go up and talk with anyone anywhere. I will need to join multiple online dating sites such as Millionaire Match.com. Seeking Arrangements, Elitesingles, etc. I'm hoping to find an assistant who is Open Minded, not shy around women, can help with setting up profiles, screening for potential matches, setting up meetings and or dates etc.
6) I have a small gym in my home and frequently lift weights and do yoga and stretching exercises that sometimes assistance is useful.
I could use an assistant 4-5 hours multiple times per week assuming she can assist with all the items 1 thru 6 above. Working hours are very flexible and could change from day to day or week to week depending on what other work or projects you have.
Compensation for the right person would be $25/hr run thru a payroll company plus some sort of bonus structure based on performance.
