Are you a people-person with an engaging voice and a passion for connecting others? We’re looking for charismatic, organized, and self-motivated Junior Matchmakers to join our boutique matchmaking team and serve as the voice of our brand.
In this role, you’ll be responsible for calling and engaging women already in our network, using a provided script to introduce them to our exclusive, high-net-worth male clients located in Miami, New York City, and Los Angeles. Your mission: to build rapport, share compelling client profiles, and secure interest in potential matches.

What You'll Be Doing:
Call women in our existing network and engage them using a clear, conversational script.
Pitch and present our distinguished, hand-selected male clients with enthusiasm and professionalism.
Spark interest and confirm availability for potential dates.
Accurately document responses, notes, and feedback in our internal systems.
Collaborate with the internal matchmaking team to help facilitate successful connections.
Work independently and manage your own schedule within a flexible Monday–Friday window.

Excellent verbal communication skills—you’re confident, clear, and comfortable talking to new people on the phone.
A bubbly, outgoing, and positive personality—you know how to put others at ease and keep conversations flowing.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to juggle multiple conversations and follow-ups at once.
A passion for connecting people and playing a meaningful role in someone’s love story.
A proactive, self-starter mindset—you’re reliable, responsive, and comfortable working independently.
Previous experience in customer service, sales, hospitality, recruiting, or phone-based roles is a plus, but not required.
