Welcome to Universal Solar Direct in Las Vegas! We are one of the top residential solar providers in the entire southwest! We also have an EXCLUSIVE partnership with a national retailer and Universal Solar Direct! Our sales reps engage with customers who are actively shopping in one of the 10 store fronts in Las Vegas, Henderson and surrounding communities. As a trusted Contractor, you'll approach homeowners and educate them about making the switch to a cheaper and cleaner source of renewable power - and you'll make a great living doing it!
No previous experience is required for this role. We're looking for people who are hungry, motivated, and coachable. If you're all 3 of those things, we'll provide you with EVERY resource you need in order to succeed - and we'll ensure you make more money here than you ever have anywhere else.
Overview
You have the opportunity to earn a commission based on having successful interactions with homeowners and also based on homeowners meeting with an in-home sales person for a free, no obligation, consultation at their home.
If you feel that the three characteristics listed above sound like you, then you will be successful here. We have a proven process that consistently creates successful solar salespeople, and we will spend time working with you to develop your skills.
We are looking for hungry and motivated people to join our team. In this role, you'll be a part of a team within locations in and around Las Vegas. Your initial job will be to engage with customers as a trusted expert and approach homeowners in order to generate leads and schedule a FREE estimate. There is also a direct path to promotion to become an in-home solar salesperson.

Previous sales experience is a plus, but not required!
