We are currently seeking a motivated and enthusiastic seeking a motivated Cold Caller to join solar our team. As a Caller, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, promoting our products or services, and generating sales leads. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong communication skills and a passion for sales.
```Responsibilities```
- Make outbound calls to potential customers using a provided contact list
- Introduce our products or services and explain their benefits
- Answer any questions or concerns that potential customers may have
- Generate sales leads and schedule appointments for the sales team
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities
- Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
```Requirements```
- Fluent in English (additional fluency in Spanish is a plus)
- Proven experience in sales or telemarketing
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to effectively communicate product knowledge and benefits to potential customers
- Familiarity with solar sales is preferred
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
