Job Description:

As a Sales Representative at Tito Boys Jerky, you will play a key role in promoting and selling our products to retailers, distributors, and other potential clients. Your responsibilities will include:

1. Sales Strategy: Develop and execute sales strategies to acquire new customers and expand our market presence. Identify opportunities for growth and implement effective sales tactics to achieve targets.

2. Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients. Conduct regular meetings and presentations to showcase our products, address inquiries, and negotiate sales agreements.

3. Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify trends, competition, and consumer preferences. Utilize insights to adapt sales strategies and identify new opportunities for product placement.

4. Sales Support: Provide support to clients by offering product training, marketing materials, and promotional assistance. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop customized solutions to meet client needs.

5. Sales Reporting: Track sales performance, analyze data, and prepare regular reports for management review. Use data-driven insights to evaluate sales effectiveness and make recommendations for improvement.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in sales, preferably in the food or CPG industry.

Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.

Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not required.
