About the role

The Sales Development Representative will play a pivotal role in driving TensorWave's growth by generating new leads, qualifying prospects, and setting up meetings for our sales team. This position requires a proactive approach to outreach, a keen understanding of our technology and services, and the ability to effectively communicate TensorWave's value proposition to potential clients. The ideal candidate will have a passion for technology, strong communication skills, and a drive to succeed in a fast-paced sales environment.

What you'll do

Conduct outbound prospecting and lead generation to create new sales opportunities, utilizing email, phone, and social media channels.

Qualify leads based on their potential fit with TensorWave's services, ensuring a high-quality pipeline for the sales team.

Schedule meetings and demos between qualified leads and Account Executives, facilitating the initial steps of the sales process.

Maintain detailed records of leads and activity in the CRM system, ensuring accurate tracking and reporting of sales efforts.

Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to refine outreach strategies and messaging based on market feedback and performance metrics.

Participate in sales training and development opportunities to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.

Stay informed about industry trends and competitive landscape to effectively position TensorWave in the market.

Essential Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

1+ years of experience in sales development, lead generation, or a similar role in a technology-focused environment.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage prospects and articulate the value of TensorWave's services.

Proficiency in CRM software and sales engagement platforms.

Highly motivated and target-driven, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Knowledge of AI, cloud computing, and high-performance computing technologies is a plus.
