As a Sales Associate, your focus will be on the first three Ps of our 4P Sales System: Prospecting, Phones, and Psychology. You will generate and score leads, make outbound calls, qualify decision-makers, and set Zoom appointments for our senior sales team.
You’ll receive extensive training on a proven script and psychological framework rooted in exclusivity, urgency, and commitment—equipping you with the tools to operate at a professional level.

What You’ll Do:
Make outbound cold calls using a structured and psychologically driven script
Research and prospect local business leads using company tools and scoring methods
Qualify business owners and set same-day or next-day Zoom appointments
Leverage key psychological triggers (exclusivity, urgency, commitment bias) to drive decisions
Apply feedback from live coaching to refine your delivery and improve performance

Schedule:
This is a structured part-time role (30 hours/week), and you get to pick your workweek and your daily shift, allowing you to build a consistent, flexible routine:
Workweek Options:
Monday–Friday (6 hours/day)
Monday–Thursday (7.5 hours/day)
Shift Options (Las Vegas Time):
6:00 AM – 12:00 PM
7:00 AM – 1:00 PM
8:00 AM – 2:00 PM
9:00 AM – 3:00 PM
You’ll select your shift and workweek at onboarding and commit to it for scheduling consistency.
First 4–5 hours of each shift: outbound cold calling (including breaks)
Final 1–1.5 hours: lead prospecting using company tools and scoring methods

What You’ll Need:
At least 1 year of cold calling experience
Coachable and self-motivated with strong follow-through
Strong phone presence with the ability to stay composed under pressure
Reliable time management and calendar integrity
Must reside in the U.S. and be legally authorized to work
Available to work 30 hours/week on your selected schedule
Completion of our Culture Index (CI) assessment is required to advance
