Position Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Salesperson to join our pre-owned car dealership in Las Vegas. This role demands a proven track record in automotive sales, a deep understanding of the pre-owned vehicle market, and expertise in leveraging social media and digital platforms for high-scale sales. Candidates must be able to obtain a Nevada salesperson license and thrive in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
Responsibilities:
1. Lead Generation & Customer Engagement
Respond promptly to internet inquiries and online leads through various platforms (website, third-party listings, social media, etc.).
Utilize social media to engage with prospective buyers, promote inventory, and drive traffic to the dealership.
Provide detailed information about inventory, pricing, and financing options to prospective buyers through email, phone, and live chat.
2. Customer Experience
Build lasting relationships by providing personalized service and addressing customer needs throughout the sales process.
Schedule and coordinate showroom appointments for test drives and vehicle demonstrations.
3. Sales Performance
Meet or exceed monthly sales goals and conversion rate targets.
Track, analyze, and report online sales performance metrics to management.
4. Team Collaboration
Work closely with other sales and finance teams to streamline the online-to-purchase process.
Stay updated on inventory, pricing strategies, and dealership promotions to ensure accurate communication with customers.
Qualifications:
Minimum 2 year of experience in automotive sales is a must, with a proven track record in sales.
Strong understanding of social media platforms and strategies to drive high-scale sales.
Proven knowledge of the pre-owned vehicle market and financing options.
Ability to obtain and maintain a Nevada salesperson license (required).
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset.
Proficiency in CRM tools, dealership management software, and online marketing platforms.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and results-driven.
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings.
