Experienced In Leasing only! Must know Yardi and CRM, excel, word, outlook. Aggressive with Leasing, Marketing, and multi tasker. Excellent closing ratio required.
Job Description: Leasing consultant for busy residential apartment complex and property operations with an emphasis on maintaining occupancy for the property. Specific duties include the following:
Meets and greets prospective residents.
Shows prospective residents apartments and explains occupancy terms.
Assists in approving all potential resident applications and reviewing qualifications.
Assists in collecting security deposits as required, completing lease forms outlining conditions and terms of occupancy and ensuring that lease files are complete.
Collects all rents when due and issues receipts as necessary.
Assists in resolving resident complaints and answering resident questions.
Answers the telephone courteously.
Prepares and sends notices of violation, renewal letters, and other correspondence as necessary.
Assists in writing up maintenance service requests.
Performs other duties as assigned by Business Manger to meet the needs of residents and ensure the property is operating smoothly.
Vocational Preparation/Experience Required:
High school education or equivalent.
Courteous, pleasant voice, service oriented, personable, outgoing, friendly, intelligent, flexible, quick thinker, honest, competitive, assertive.
