Role Summary
This position will be taking inbound sales calls. Candidates must be able to effectively present, promote and sell company inventory, identify the needs of the customer, provide suggestions, up-sell, and/or promote alternative options.
Responsibilities
Answer inbound calls from prospective tenants
Manage and maintain customer records
Upsell and promote company inventory
Promote alternative options for other locations, sizes, and/or value.
Maintain prospective tenant relationships
Other duties as needed
Qualifications
GREAT telephone voice/demeanor
High school diploma or equivalent
Must have at least 6 months of sales and or customer service experience, preferably in a contact center setting
Basic computer skills and knowledge of internet and Microsoft computer programs
Strong verbal/written English communication skills
Bi-lingual a plus
Be goal oriented and organized
Applicant must be proactive, willing to take direction and possess a strong work ethic
Be able to pass drug and background screenings
Proof of eligibility to work in the United States
Working Conditions
Sitting, standing, walking, bending, climbing stairs, kneeling, and lifting up to 15lbs.
Maintain a professional, neat and well-groomed appearance.
Work varied shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
