We are currently seeking an experienced salesperson to join our team as an in home Sales technician.
(No Plumbing Experience Required)
As a Sales Technician
You will be responsible for selling water heaters, tankless water heaters and water filtration equipment such as water softeners and whole house water filtration to be installed by our plumbing installers.
Job Title: In Home Sales Technician
Responsibilities:
- Utilize your sales expertise to effectively build rapport in order to present and sell water heater and water filtration jobs for our company
- Provide customers with various options and tailor solutions to meet their specific requirements
- Follow up with customers via email or phone to address any questions or concerns
- Collaborate with the installation and service teams to ensure a seamless customer experience
- Attend occasional larger estimated style plumbing jobs to provide sales support
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities
Requirements:
- Proven sales experience with a successful track record of closing sales
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Effective relationship building skills
- Ability to effectively present and explain complex concepts to customers
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented
- Proficient in using email and other communication tools
