Job description: Timeshare Exit Sales Representatives

The Grandview at Las Vegas is seeking experienced "deal closing " representatives.

Our sales representatives receive a per diem and earn commissions and bonus.
Job Responsibilities:
Sales representatives will be selling our vacation ownership to guests who have toured our resort and are looking for a more cost-efficient solution/ product.
This includes:
Identifying and resolving guests’ concerns during their tour of our resort and the opportunity to purchase.
Surveying guests regarding their travel desires, habits and frequency of travel in order to assess their needs.
Communicates to current and potential customers the advantages of vacation ownership and the surrounding amenities.
Position Requirements
Previous sales experience required
Excellent customer service skills with a strong emphasis on positive attitude and effective communication skills
Ability to close a deal from a position of strength
Able to think on their feet
Be coach-able and trainable
Have and maintain a "Corporate Look and Demeanor"
