Requirements: Excellent Verbal Communication, Strong Sales Process/Closing Skills, Networking Experience, Direct Marketing Experience, P/C Skills (some Word & Excel)
Responsibilities/Duties:
Maintains customer accounts by updating account information
Recommends potential products or services on current book of business
Develops quotes, and closes sales
Follows up on all unsold quotes.
Calls on telemarketing and all leads provided by Agent, participates in (Call Block)
Mails letters and postcards to prospect for new clients
Develops ongoing networking relationships with Real Estate Agents, Mortgage Lenders, Title Companies, Auto Dealers
Sets Financial Service Appointments for Agent and FS
Secures ALL "trailing documents" from clients
Gathers, saves, and files critical prospect information for future contact
Participates in weekly agency training, required CE and Allstate training
Handles incoming claims calls in the absence of Retention Specialist
Takes payments from customers when Retention Specialists unavailable
Answers customer questions and follows up on unresolved issues
Processes customer policy changes when Retention Specialist unavailable
Other duties as required
