She can qualify a private investigator to document extensive crime

I am seeking a qualified private investigator to perform computer forensics on multiple electronic devices to uncover evidence linking a large volume of cyber crime being committed. Specifically any qualified private investigator must be able to qualify, discover, preserve, all evidence; research and assign applicable state and federal laws to the identifiable, criminal offenses; and tactically work with local authorities to file an initial criminal complaint to initiate case investigation. this is a serious, real matter. I am looking for only qualified individuals who are capable of performing these functions with a high-level of confidence, authority, and skill. I am hoping to discussing pay based on scope of work, and as of now the payment remains open ended but I’m happy to arrive at a confident number. That is acceptable to all parties.
