Busy, multi-state construction company is seeking a full time IT Support Technician. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent problem solving abilities, and a desire to learn new things. The long-term goal for this position is to have in house IT support for network and software applications and to train as a construction estimator/ project manager.
Qualifications:
Formal education in networking, operating systems, Azure, Sharepoint, and a variety of hardware and software applications
Experience in network configuration, trouble shooting, firewalls, security, backup, recovery, and common business applications.
Expert level user of Microsoft Excel
Strong phone user and iPad setup/user skills
Excellent communication skills
Honest and dependable
Organized and detail oriented
Able to receive tasks, do research, and complete tasks independently in a timely manner
Pay rate $20- $30 per hour depending on experience
