As Standard Fiber continues to grow and expand our capabilities, we have an opening for an Integrated/EDI Fulfillment Manager, in our Henderson, Nevada location. The position reports to our SVP of Technology and ESG. The Integrated/EDI Fulfillment Manager’s principal duties and responsibilities include order flow management for electronic order system including EDI, API, and other sources. He or she will troubleshoot and test new integrations.
Job Purpose:
This position is integral to success in fulfilling product to customers and consumers. This is the business end of electronic order flow and issue resolution for major home brands sold via DTC, marketplaces, and wholesale to major retailers. You’ll be working with mapping and fulfillment in EDI, ERP, WMS, and shipping modules.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
EDI support and fulfillment
- EDI order flow analysis from origination to fulfillment
- Monitor EDI orders from through to successful fulfillment
- Identify, review, and resolve order exceptions and problems
- Log issues and exceptions for future analysis and resolution
- Assist customer success team as needed for issue resolution
- Assist coordination of customer’s bulk retail orders arriving via EDI
EDI Customer Integration, 3rd Party Shipping
- Support in onboarding new electronic trading partners
- Creation of SOP documents as needed for customer processes
- Work with IT staff on ERP / Warehouse / EDI software implementations
- Assist IT with user concerns or systems issues from the Henderson NV facility
- Work with internal and external parties to ensure EDI infrastructure remains operational
QUALIFICATIONS:
Education/Experience
- EDI experience a must, 3rd party API integration experience a plus
- ERP and WHM experience a plus, NetSuite experience preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially excel.
- Able to identify problems and manage remedies
- From day-to-day experience, suggest and/or implement process improvements
- Work in a fast-paced environment with eye toward issue resolution
- Walmart, Costco, or major retailer experience a plus
