The Junior Leasing Agent will be responsible for on-site day-to-day tasks at our Las Vegas location. This is a full-time position. The Leasing Agent is expected to handle company generated leasing leads, interact with potential tenants and nurture relationships throughout the leasing process. Responsibilities include conducting property tours, closing leases, communicating with tenants and facilitating lease administration as needed.
Qualifications
Strong customer service skills and experience in a customer-facing role
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Experience in lease administration and property management
Attention to detail and ability to multitask
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and applicant tracking systems
A valid real estate license
A Bachelor's degree in Business or Real Estate is a plus
