The TRANS-TRAC System was originally created in 2004 as a hard-copy TRANSaction-TRACking system for real estate agents. Users requested it be converted to a digital format, so the GoogleDocs spreadsheet version was released 8 years ago, and over 4,000 users have purchased it. Now the software version has been released! While the prior versions cost $50-$300 (one-time), the software is only $12.95/mo. We’re looking for a person with strong presentation skills to demo the software at REALTOR gatherings, such as sales meetings, new agent orientations, and conventions. It will be a part-time side job to start, but could grow into a major roll as the company grows.
