Established firm is seeking an enthusiastic property manager to oversee a property in the Las Vegas Area. The position is full-time, it is a plus if the property manager will live onsite at the property managed. Tasks:
Rent Collection
Provide any notices as needed
Schedule and inspect maintenance as needed
Maintain a positive and productive relationship with tenants
Oversee and maintain vendor relationships
Advertise and market vacant apartments to attract tenants
Requires the following:
Ideally 1 year minimum of onsite property manager experience preferred
GED or HS Diploma
Driver's license and car, this is a MUST
Willing to undergo a background check
Bilingual in Spanish is a plus
Monday -Friday 9:00 am-5:00 pm
Payment based on experience
Medical negotiable
Starting 2-week vacation after one year
Sick days will be available
Medical is negotiable
