Looking for Female for Saturday work. The woman I am looking for should have experience as a Real Estate Agent, a Title Underwriter, a Real Estate Investor or something along those lines. You should have a good understanding of the foreclosure process here in Clark County. You would accompany me while we drive properties in Las Vegas on Saturday and knock on doors. I will be doing all the driving. We would be talking to people facing foreclosure, maybe already foreclosed on, or verifying properties as vacant or occupied. I need a woman who is moderately attractive (It opens doors easier). You should be good with people, a good talker, and good at reading people.
The hours would be approximately 10 am till 4:30 pm on Saturdays. The pay is $150/day plus bonuses. If you had been working for me in December you would have made $600 pay +$3000 in bonuses. If you had been working for me this month just so far you would have made $300 in pay and $2000 in bonuses. All that pay is just for working on Saturdays.
If you are a licensed real estate agent, you will also have some opportunities to get listings. Its helpful but not necessary if you are a notary or eligible to be one.
