Strong well rounded residential maintenance skills
Experience in carpentry, electrical, HVAC a Plus, make ready and work orders
1-2 years industry experience or three years general contract maintenance experience
Knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and appliance repair with hands on experience
Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation
