This position will provide leasing support to apartment communities located in the Las Vegas Area.
Responsibilities include:
Schedule and tour clients at various apartment communities
Conduct area market surveys
Assist with the daily functions of the Leasing Office which include greeting walk-ins, and tours
Submit weekly traffic flow reports
Maintain daily community traffic logs
Creating ads to advertise vacancies at various apartment communities
The ideal candidate will have the following Experience and Qualifications:
Extensive knowledge of the Las Vegas area
Multi-tasking
Proactive
Sales or Leasing experience
RealPage, OneSite software a plus
Successful closing and rental experience
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Highly organized with attention to detail
Computer proficiency
Eagerness to learn
Flexibility
