Our brokerage is looking for LEASING AGENT to join our team in Las Vegas, Nevada.
Position Overview:
The Leasing Agent position is the first point of contact with potential future residents for our large network of residential & commercial rental properties. The Leasing Agent is tasked with screening all incoming leads from prospective residents and assisting them throughout the application process and the Leasing Agent will earn a commission per leased property. The Leasing Agent is also tasked with scheduling and completing annual inspections on leased properties as an opportunity to earn additional income per inspection completed. Responsibilities and Duties:
Makes initial contact to prospective residents.
Schedule and conduct showings of rental ready units to potential residents.
Schedule and conduct annual property inspections on leased properties.
Assess the condition of vacant units while conducting showings to ensure market readiness and inform the property manager of any market ready deficiencies.
Assists prospective applicants with submitting rental applications for the PM's review and approval.
Assists with property marketing activities.
Conducts themselves and business according to State and Federal laws and regulations.
Conducts business according to Company Policy.

Possess knowledge of Fair Housing laws and regulations (NV).

Commission-based Monthly Draw (BoE)
Work Location:
In office (Mon-Fri) required for a 90 day probation period and then the flexibility to work from home/office/field as necessary.
