Seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager
We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee and manage construction projects from start to finish. This is a key role responsible for ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Responsibilities:
-Plan, schedule, and coordinate all construction project activities from pre-construction through project closeout
-Manage and lead the project team including subcontractors, vendors, and site personnel
Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets, and monitor progress against plans.
-Ensure adherence to building codes, regulations, safety standards, and quality control procedures
Conduct site inspections and monitor work progress to identify and resolve any issues
Coordinate with architects, engineers, and clients to address requests for information (RFIs) and changes.
-Procure materials, equipment, and services required for the project's timely completion
Prepare and submit project reports, updates, and other documentation as required
-Manage project costs, cash flow, and invoicing
Ensure a safe working environment by enforcing safety policies and procedures.
Requirements:
Management, Civil Engineering or related field
Or
Experience in Project Management for a Costruction company for more than 5 years.

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under pressure
