We are an established residential company located in the South Las Vegas area. We are seeking an experienced individual to help manage our Residential Property Portfolio. Applicants must have a minimum of 2 year experience with Property Management and/or previous administrative/escrow experience with excellent communication skills, troubleshooting, attention to detail and executing and delivery of daily tasks on time.

This position is responsible for the following tasks:

Able to collect from tenants on rents and mortgage payments, including the handling of delinquent accounts.

Able to rent vacant residential units.

Manage the day-to-day operations of a real estate portfolio of primarily residential properties.

Manage all turnkey process.

Preparation of new rental agreements. Draft and maintain all required contracts, reports and records pursuant to Company policies and procedure.

Be able to prepare the necessary documents for eviction and present it to the courts if needed.

Be familiar with the State of Nevada Statues which relates to rental properties/commercial evictions.

Provide excellent customer service on behalf of the Company by reviewing and handling tenant requests and concerns in an efficient, professional and timely manner.

Schedule and supervise outside field service vendors who service and maintain the Company's properties.

Communicate with other professionals, including county clerks and title companies.

Work closely with management to ensure each property financially succeeds.

Qualifications of the ideal candidate include:

Excellent leadership and customer service skills.

Excellent computer skills.

Ability to multi-task fast and accurate data entry skills necessary.

Must be dependable, trustworthy, punctual, cheerful, calm and cooperative with a strong professional image.

Ability to compose letters to clients using proper format.

Extremely detailed oriented and follow thru on tasks.

Continuously delivering professional and effective communications.

Ability to compose lease agreements/contracts and lending instructions utilizing DocuSign.

Be available 24/7 for on call emergencies if needed.

Is willing to take the next step to stay ahead of target and will work until its completed.

Type 65 wpm.
