We are a leading exhibit house and full-service event production company, celebrated for creating exceptional trade show booths, unforgettable events, and large-scale conferences in Las Vegas and nationwide. We’re seeking a seasoned Trade Show Project Manager to join our team.

In this pivotal role, you’ll manage key client accounts and oversee projects from concept to execution, ensuring outstanding client experiences, fostering business growth, and delivering results aligned with our company’s mission.

Job Duties / Responsibilities

Plan, coordinate, and execute exceptional trade show booths and events, overseeing every aspect from inception to completion. Responsibilities include information gathering, logistics, vendor and supplier management, show services, client coordination, front office and fabrication alignment, budget support, client assistance, and on-site quality assurance as needed.

Build and maintain strong relationships with senior-level clients, proactively addressing challenges and ensuring client satisfaction. Identify opportunities to expand existing accounts, aligning with overall business objectives and driving growth.

Serve as the primary point of contact between clients and JET, ensuring clear communication, timely issue resolution, and seamless management of business matters, including contracts and additional services.

Develop and oversee comprehensive project timelines, including departmental schedules as needed for production. Maintain organized documentation and produce high-level reports for both internal and external stakeholders.

Act as the central liaison between cross-functional teams, external vendors, and clients, ensuring project schedules are met, costs are controlled, and overall accuracy is maintained throughout the process.

Effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks based on urgency and importance while maintaining exceptional personal productivity and keeping the team informed of updates or challenges.

Ensure that project deliverables are met in accordance with contractual obligations and service level agreements.

Conduct post-event evaluations to assess event success and identify areas for improvement.

Manage show services requirements, in constant communication with show general contractors to ensure all rules, regulations, deadlines, and restrictions are accounted for and met.

Manage booth logistics, vendors, and ensure project success by managing processes and procedures on site.

Strong knowledge of and experience with unique processes, paperwork, and requirements of delivering a top-quality trade show booth in Vegas and across the U.S. is a requirement.

Qualifications / Requirements

Minimum of 3 years of Trade Show production/management experience required.

Proficient in Google Suite (Drive, Docs, Slides, Sheets), monday.com, Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Powerpoint).

Fast-acting, exceptional organizational, and multitasking skills to handle multiple events simultaneously.

Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and conflict resolution skills.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills; must be able to communicate with respect and discretion with team members, clients, speakers, staff, and vendors, and to adapt communication styles to a wide range of audiences, including executive-level audiences.

Strong track record of successfully managing projects involving multiple stakeholders, vendors, and teams.

The ability to produce and present high-level documentation for internal and external purposes.
