Full-Time: Monday-Friday

What You'll Do:

-Following up for supplemental payments with insurance companies

-Greet clients and visitors with a warm and friendly demeanor, making them feel valued from the moment they walk in.

-Manage incoming calls and inquiries, directing them to the appropriate department swiftly.

-Schedule appointments efficiently, ensuring optimal utilization of our technicians' time.

-Maintain a well-organized front desk area, keeping track of paperwork, invoices, and other important documents.

-Collaborate with the service team to ensure a seamless flow of information and exceptional customer service.

-Assist in administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and maintaining records and file notes.

-Checking in and checking out customers and vehicles
