All N One Bonding and Insurance Inc. seeks a career-minded individual capable of providing professional, empathetic, and detailed customer service in an exacting, demanding, and busy office. Successful candidates can prioritize and handle a varied workload in a fast-paced environment. We provide on-the-job training and will assist with obtaining any required licenses. New licenses will be needed but are not limited to property and casualty insurance licenses, life insurance licenses, and bail licenses. The company pays training and license fees; however, you will be expected to obtain your applicable license(s) within 6 months of completing training. Responsibilities include but are not limited to supporting individuals once released from custody and walking them through the criminal justice process. Securing a client's release involves excellent attention to detail while efficiently managing simultaneous incoming and outgoing calls and assisting clients seeking property insurance, life insurance, bail bonds, or surety bonds. Learning software related to tracking and selling our various products and marketing the services and products we provide via social media.
Qualifications:
One year of customer service and sales.
Must have a clean criminal history record, meaning no felonies and no more than two misdemeanors, to obtain Bail and Insurance licenses.
MUST have OPEN availability for a 24-hour business (weekends, holidays, and graveyard included).
Must obtain insurance licenses within six months of hire date.
Excellent communication skills in person and via phone and competent written skills.
Proficient in computers and remain teachable in learning various software systems.
MUST have a strong sense of urgency and problem-solving skills—the unmistakable ability to expedite given assignments with extreme attention to detail.
Must have a valid driver's license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation for transporting bonds to jails 24 per day/seven days a week, including holidays.
Bi-lingual a plus.
Duties:
Perform interoffice services promptly and diligently.
Ability to generate sales and achieve specific goals.
Handle incoming calls and in-office customers, make inquiries to secure a client's release, and perform primary administrative responsibilities.
Support corporate office and other departments.
Travel to jails/courthouse to process bail bonds.
Be available to answer phone calls, assist with the bail application process, and post bonds when scheduled to be in the office and when scheduled to be on-call.
