We have an opening for a dispatcher for remediation/mitigation company. At least 1 year experience preferred.
You will have frequent contact with plumbers and technicians. You will need to be a team player.
Qualifications:
1+ years dispatch experience
Home warranty experience is a plus
Reliable
Must have great customer service skills
Ability to multi task in fast paced environment
Computer skills including maintaining and updating database
Able to take high call volume
Work well under pressure
Monday through Friday 8am-4pm
